Lee,
I was thinking the same as Hank.  All a bubbler does is keep the water
moving so it won't freeze.  I would guess an aquarium bubbler in the cockpit
drain would be sufficient to keep it from freezing??  Again, this assumes
you have power to the boat. - rob
