Brad,

Sorry to hear of the loss of such a great person.  At 78, he was certainly 
too young, although his exit had style.  It reminds me of the plight of the 
Indian chief in the Dustin Hoffman movie Little Big Man who would say "Today 
is a good day to die," lie down on a ridge and wait to pass on.
