brad,
i agree its the best system but its not perfect, and, it could be better. my theory has always been that the best system wins. but if its the best, all you have to do is continually demonstrate how to handle the worlds problems using your system. it will prove itself if its the best. my mom use to say you can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink. its up to the horse to decide. true, but it is also true that if you are riding the horse, it is necessary to make the horse drink. otherwise it threatens your ability to get where you are going. i don't believe in forcing our system down other countries throats. if they don't want it then leave them to their own devices. in terms of education, emphasis is now on job skills, and not anything unrelated to work, money or security. don't blame the child. we teach them what they know or don't. its a grab for resources by whatever means that galls me. sometimes our behavior demonstrates that we don't
 deserve to be at the top of the heap.
