The Chesapeake Rhodies need to reach out of the Chesapeake Basin and Bay and
consider descending on Commodore Spitzer.  This would offer an opportunity
for any needing work on their boat to dump on General Boats during their
alleged busy season.  What does General Boats as a meeting place and boat
rendezvous have? Humm...
