Are you looking for an ice box or a real fridge?  Those  dorm room models
keep getting smaller (and cheaper) and I'd think one would fit where the ice
box was.  It would be kinda nice to plug-in the night before a sail and have
it cold at departure. You might have to give rear clearance some thought or
find one that exhausts out the front.  Another option is Igloo makes a
cooler/warmer that runs off of 12V that can be mounted vertically (used to
have them at Sam's club).
