Here are some hints on photos attachments that John posted previously.  Note
the need to use lower case file extensions. - rob

Hi folks,

Now that we've learned that that the case of the file extension is
critical to getting photos onto the list, there are two ways this
commonly becomes a problem -

1) Many digicams save their files with upper-case file names, such as
"DSC01285.JPG".  Be sure to rename them like "DSC01285.jpg" before
attaching for the list.

2) If you use Photoshop to prepare your images, be sure you have the
"Use lower case extension" option checked, so it will save file names
that are transportable.
