Joe,

I sailed out of Gulfport at the Boca Ciega Yacht Club. When I was stationed
there several years ago I belonged and recently renewed my membership. They
were nice enough to supply me with a slip while I was visiting my kids
there. I really enjoy the sailing there. You can sail out of the bay and
into the Gulf, under the skyway bridge, and gunkhole down the entire west
coast of FL or you can sail around into Tampa bay and anchor out at Vinoy
Basin ( this is where the St Pete all sail show takes place). In addition,
there are two other Rhodes 22 owners locally. I have no knowledge of what
the sailing is like up in the panhandle.

Fair winds,
