Hi Ed,
Mackey's Marina is a good place.  The rest rooms and showers are 
wonderful.  You have to be careful
with the hot water because it is on the same line as the kitchen for the 
resturant and can get really hot.
We didn't get to try the resturant.  It was opening the afternoon of the 
day we left.
Everyone there is very friendly.  It's a downhome sort of place tucked 
back in the trees.
It is right across the sound from Edenton so it's not very far away.  On 
the day we left, we motored most of
the way back to the ramp at Midway drive and it only took a couple of 
hours, probably less.
$1 per foot per night.
