For those who might be watching this case, I suggest a less humane  
way to administer the death sentence:

1.  Bind his hands and feet while just nicking his skin letting him  
bleed, nothing major.

2.  Throw him overboard in  Great White Shark invested waters, any  
coast will do.
       no lead weights as that would be seen as evil as his deed.

3. If he survives,  he gets to live .

4.  Water  temp should be no higher than 45F to insure death by  
hypothermia in case sharks
are not interested in a murderer.
