I came to the same conclusion months ago.  I tried to get my email
program to automatically delete stuff from Herb, but it wouldn't since
it comes via list serve.  I just now manually delete anything with his
name on it.  I also delete most anything with the same subject line as
stuff he discusses.  Might try the same approach.  Just too toxic a
person for me.  Happened to read this one, but just because it came from
you, and I read all your stuff! - rob

Note to self:  Stay out of discussions with Herb.  He brings out the
worst
in me and nothing good ever comes of that.
