Actually, the judge that threw out the case did so because the plaintiff 
had "no standing". So he found someone that did.

Definitely a "strange bedfellows" situation. He's a Hillary Democrat, 
teaming up with a far right-wing black guy who's often been called an 
"uncle tom" because of his political views, and a "religious nutcase" 
because of his religious views.
