[Rhodes22-list] Oh My God!

Walk a mile in the school's shoes....

The public schools have no way to control out-of-control kids. Calling the cops was really the only way they could keep this brat from escalating his misbehaviors.

I would bet my R22 that there is no dad in the home & mom s ready to fly into 'Not-my-kid-you're picking-on/embarrassing-him-mode......

And if this kid has a 514 plan or is anywhere identified as special ed (which is where I'd make that bet) then there is NOTHING THE SCHOOL CAN DO...as the behavior is the result of his disability, and therefore cannot be held against him. Don't think that the kid & parents don't know it.

Screwy? You BET.

Been there. Know the drill. This kid knows exactly where the line is...but the school trumped him. Good for them.

You don't think this is the first time the kid misbehaved, do you??

We can't change the angle of the wind....but we can adjust our sails.
