Well elle, we're going to have to disagree on this one. I pay school
taxes, thus I DO have a "dog in this hunt". I also had 4 children in
various public and private schools over the years, and I did in fact
spend two years in the employ of a local school district. I've seen the
system from just about every angle possible.
