Cowie,

You can buy Sospenders with or without a built in harness. This version 
is the over the shoulder and around the neck type. They also have a 
fanny pack version. We have both of these. I generally wear the fanny 
pack since it fits like a belt and you can almost forget you're even 
wearing it. If the weather is really rough though, the fanny pack is 
probably not appropriate. If it's tough out, I put on the harness version.
