Since you're posting via Nabble.com, it's hard to say where the extra 
messages are coming from.  Your subscription at rhodes22.org looks 
fine and normal, so I'm not sure what you're getting back.  Please 
send me some samples (off list) with all e-mail headers included and 
I'll look into it.
