Sounds exactly like my ground tackle on Pandion.  For lake sailing I  
can't imagine you'd need more than that.  One consideration is how you  
want to manage getting hung up on stumps or logs.  With a really stout  
line you might be able to pull free using the winch or motor (or you  
might break something trying).  Depends a lot on how clean Hartwell's  
bottom was when they closed the dam.  You probably have a good idea of  
that by now ;-)
