[Rhodes22-list] Outboard repair question

It's not the carburetor that's the problem, it's the diaphragm in the fuel  
pump. It works off of vacuum created by the cylinders.

winter. in that event the carb has to be removed and  cleaned --also the
needle valve and seat has to be cleaned-- these are  small delicate parts
