As a long time owner of Rhodes and an interested party and potential
customer of both, I agree with Bob, sounds like a good solution.

I am not going to comment specifically on A thru D below because those
details are up to the two individuals and only them.  But it seems like it
would be best for the owners, Stan, Art and the R-22 brand for Art and Stan
to work together.  Art makes some high quality canvas products custom
designed for the R-22 and this should be an extension of the GB offering to
make the product (the boat) more versatile and more attractive.  Competing
with each other makes no sense.  One suggestion: if you can come to an
agreement, put it down in writing - not a contract - just an email that you
both read and say "OK" to before proceeding.

 

Good luck, but I hope you can work together and cooperate because it will
help everyone.
