[Rhodes22-list] short inhaul line?

Have you considered the condition of the sails furling during it's prior  
use? Was it a loose wrap or a tight one?

I  raced this weekend & needed every inch of sail.
When I pull the outhaul  line (blue), the inhaul line (black)
reaches it's end before all the sail  is out. It only has 1 wrap when
completely pulled out. Same thing happens  on the jib. The inhaul reaches
it's end before the sail is completely  unfurled.
Did these lines shrink or what?
