Cowie,

I have the 4" Nicro day night solar vent on Serenity. I installed it myself
and removed the original vent that came with the boat.  It was necessary to
enlarge the hole to accommodate the new vent.  I have it set on exhaust and
have removed the rode tray, which I did not use for it's original purpose
anyways.  I think it is probably a good idea to have Stan install the vent
for you while he is getting your boat ready for delivery.  There will be
accessories enough that you will probably want to unstall after delivery.
