[Rhodes22-list] Ques. about mainsheet

I believe I recall that some of those ships used a wire suspended from deck  
eyes at each end of the transom, each with a small metal block., on the wire  
rode a block that the main sheet hardware was attached too.  The blocks at  
either end were part of the hardware that positioned the wire "traveling" block  
that was attached to the main sheet hardware.
