[Rhodes22-list] new engine, power tiller?

Hi all,
We are going to buy a new outboard for our Rhodes.  Anybody have any 
powerful complaints about any particular brands?
The basics of what I want is four stroke, electric start.  Mercury has a 
9.9 hp bigfoot with a 4 bladed prop similar to our old Yamaha 9.9.  I 
think Honda has something similar.  Don't necessarily need 9.9hp.  
Sometimes the Yamaha has seemed too powerful when I want to come into a 
dock real slow.  Probably 8hp is more like it.
I am considering getting a power tiller.  I think Ron Singerman had one 
installed, maybe I've confused him with someone else.
Anybody had any positive/negative experiences with power tiller?
