[Rhodes22-list] Now electric motor lift

Anyone who has one of these see any problems?

The one photo shows the strap coming out of the stern mounted slot and the slot is cracked.  It that because of the install or has the strap slipped to the side and caused that slot to crack?  135 pounds is a lot of motor too, wonder what the rating on that lift is? - rob

Picture of lift from above with motor down.  If you continue operating the
winch (for a millisecond) after the motor is all the way down, the belt
won't have any tension on it.  Thanks to your help, I pulled the belt to
starboard and discovered that it helped center the lift in the track while
raising.  After further experimentation I think the winch is barely adequate
to lift my 135 lb. motor, the track needs to be well-greased (siliconed),
and my battery needs to be fully charged.

Picture of motor mount slightly off-center in track.  On Alice's lift, the
bar was so off-center that it slipped out of the track and dropped the motor
into the water.
