I agree with David's reply that the water is coming in from the shrouds and chain plates.  I think it migrates between the deck and cabin ceiling and finds its way to the ceiling cap were the deck rail is mounted and then drips down the port side.  I had resealed a couple of the shrouds with clear silicone sealant and also put some around the rail connection to the deck earlier in the season and it appears I need to do this again and also treat some additional connections.  I will let you know if that fixes my problem.

Elle, I had a similar leak when my boat was new - thought the water was
seeping in around the sliding track on the pop top.  It turned out those
were the esacape holes into the cabin, but the water was seeping in around
the shrouds and chain plates.  A line of rubberized silicon caulk each
season where the chain plates pop up through the cabin roof or deck has
taken care of the problem for me.
