[Rhodes22-list] Flag placement?

Ben, when it comes to sailing, I ain't no genius.  But I am nervous.  Or my
wife is.  Crossing the shipping lanes in Puget Sound, between freighters and
ferries, looks pretty intimidating, so we've gone through that thought
process of what if the fog rolls in...  Now some day we'll actually make it
across the Sound.
