[Rhodes22-list] Flag placement?

Ok Rummy, behave yourself.  When you see a huge passenger ferry bearing down on your stern, you will know that your are in the middle of the traffic lane, yellow line or not.

It's looks more intimidating than it really is.

What,
What's a traffic lane? I don't believe I've ever seen any lanes marked off  
on Lake Hartwell. Don't the waves screw up the painted lane markings?
