Guys;

If you read through the attached story from the NYTimes you will see that a
dispute over naval flag etiquette almost scuttled a diplomatic visit. The
story is only a week old.

Caesar (and Rummy),

If you see a huge passenger ferry on Lk Hartwell, drink more rum. It will
pass ...

BTW, many years ago, the Pt Jeff / Bridgeport Ferry struck a sailboat (major
damage) near Pt Jeff harbor, just to prove that they had the right of way.

Ok Rummy, behave yourself. When you see a huge passenger ferry bearing down
on your stern, you will know that your are in the middle of the traffic
lane, yellow line or not.

It's looks more intimidating than it really is.

What,
What's a traffic lane? I don't believe I've ever seen any lanes marked off
on Lake Hartwell. Don't the waves screw up the painted lane markings?

Rummy

Ben, you could use the blocks on your spreader to raise a radar
reflector if you were sailing in or near in traffic lanes.
