Rummy,

Stern ladder is a detachable model stowed under the seats in the cockpit.
After blowing my budget stripping the hull and re painting it was the
affordable solution. By the way I'm impressed you decided to paint RumRunner
in Steeler Black and gold. Looks great!!!
