Lee,

On the southern exposure you can see the docking port.  It is configured
only for the water district's strange looking maintenance barge to
discourage anyone else from using it.

By the way, you can always tell the Canadian cormorants because they fly
away when your boat approaches.  The local ones just dive and come up on the
other side of the boat.  Then dive again.
