Having the electrical panel suddenly quit sounds like a blown fuse or tripped circuit breaker.  Or a master switch not turned on.  Any test lights or meters on your panel? Any fuses you can pull out and look at?  - rob

Ben, the motor and motor hoist connect directly to the battery.  The
rest of the electrical system goes through the panel.  Since
everything went at once and it's presumable still not working after
you ran the motor and would have given the batteries a charge, it
sounds like it might just be a loose wire.  Try tightening the
connections on both batteries.  I'm not an expert but that's what I'd
do before paying a mechanic.
