I guess the first thing you need to figure out is whether the battery  
has lost its charge or the juice is just not getting out to the  
panel.  Swap the batteries and see if the engine will start.  If not,  
something is draining the battery.  If so, you've got a live circuit  
draining it someplace (or a defective battery).
