[Rhodes22-list] UPS Sail for Rhodes 22

Art,
Fred and I chose the colors working with MS Paint and a line drawing 
of a spinnaker with a similar cut. The cut of the UPS is a given. We 
had 3 colors to work with and I wanted something bright on the 
outside edges. It was going to be either red and white or red, white 
and blue. We're really pleased with it.
