I have emailed Stan asking for cost for his Certificate of Support" but have
not received a reply.
I have also asked him for his cost to answer my two questions - Also with no
response.

I think you feel that I don't think Stan should make a profit from his
knowledge but you are mistaken.
Any business is entitled to a legitimate profit.
