Rick,

I hate you guys!  Typically we get some pretty good sailing weather in
March but right now I don't feel like we're ever going to thaw out.

Here in Florida, we've been suffering a lot, too.  It is only in the mid
50's and winds on the bay are gusting to 25 mph.  Even the little boats
called it off today--all they did was lie flat on the water.
