[Rhodes22-list] Genoa Blankets Navigation Lights

Our nav lights are a teardrop shape on either side of the bow, just 
above the rubrail.

And in answer to Caesar's question, I don't think I would want two 
sets of running lights on at the same time. Might be confusing.
