Deena,

Sorry for taking to long to reply, I didn't notice your message since it
wasn't in the main thread.

I will look into the legal options, I have not heard of that procedure
before.

Fortunately, the police ran the license plate, and the owner (not the
driver) had insurance.

I have been meaning to comment on your nice website. Good job!
