[Rhodes22-list] Center cleats

I added center back when there was talk of a "sweet spot" a line could  
be tied and the boat could be pulled sideways.  My cleats are mounted  
directly in line and just aft of the stainless rail on the cabin.  I  
will tie loosely tie the bow Line and the aft line to the cleats off  
to keep them from getting mixed up in the prop. That might have  
happened once, Spring lines also.  I also lash the bimini to them when  
I am not on the boat.
