[Rhodes22-list] public notice

We had a record February snowfall of 50 inches but that's just 3-4
inches of rainfall, which is only an inch above normal.  Floodgates are
open with all the rain we've had already in March but most of our water
quickly flows into the Chesapeake.  We don't have much trouble with
floods.  FEMA lists us as one of the safest places to live for natural
disasters.  Not much damage from floods, tornadoes, hurricanes,
earthquakes, forest fires, mudslides, volcanoes, etc.  On the other
hand, Washington has more than our fair share of unnatural disasters,
both Republican and Democrat.

Hey Rummy, How is your lake level?  Seems to be floods everywhere but SE
US.  I think Lanier sp. in Atlanta got back up to drought level last
season.  We have Carlyle down to below winter pool anticipating a good
