[Rhodes22-list] SAN JUAN SCREW UP READ FIRST

I reassembled the pdf into a single file and set it for compatibility with 
AdobeReader 7.x & up.  All fonts appear to be embedded.  See attached

Note to John Lock: a separate copy is CC'd to you directly in case the list 
manager kills the attachment.  I thought that you might want to make it 
available via the site directly if the list is unable to source it.
