[Rhodes22-list] Now Gulf Coast

Cathy,

It's still probably 5-6 hours, but I sail on the north shore of Lake
Ponchartrain, LA.  Be happy to take you sailing any time you like.  It would
be great to add a few more to the Gulf Coast fleet.

Remember that brokered boats often sell for significantly less than 
their asking price. Nothing to keep you from looking at this one and 
saying no. On the other hand, if it's what you want, make an offer of 
what you want to spend. They can only say no.
