When you take them off you will see a wire coming from the deck.  the area 
around the wire may have removable stuff so you can free the wire for more 
length or your boat may just have the wire coming through the deck - in 
either style, just connect to this wire from the deck.   They are 200 each 
which includes S&H.    You may be able to get lower cost ones from local 
discount houses.

Why replace them if still working.
