[Rhodes22-list] Cotter pins vs. rings

Rick,

If they don't need to be adjusted more than once or twice a season, a short
run of safety wire should do it.  Of course, then you'd need a pair of
safety wire pliers and you'd have to cut it to do any adjusting.  That's the
way things that aren't supposed to turn are secured on an aircraft.
