Bob,
Sounds somewhat like my trailer. I suggest rotating the tires. Let them wear from the other side for awhile. - rob

Subject: Re: [Rhodes22-list] Trailer Question

Hi All,
I am finally realizing that my trailer tires are wearing only on the inside, but look almost new elsewhere. I just returned from a trip to S. Florida which I do a couple times a year and this is ~1,000 miles round trip. I am reading that this could be caused by everything from the tires being out of alignment to the axle being bowed because it is insufficient for the load. The trailer is a Triad single axle and is exactly four years old. Any ideas as to what would cause this? I can't believe that I need a new axle after only 4 years?

Thanks,
Bob K
