[Rhodes22-list] New here - intro and some questions (dry sailing)

Rob,

$264/month is more than what I pay to keep my boat in a slip, with an
Olympic-sized pool and a marina store with a liquor license.

Both of the following marinas offer mast-up dry-sailing on the Rhode River,
just south of Annapolis:

Tom and Alice of this list had their Rhodes22 at Holiday Hill until they
retired and are now sailing her in Wyoming. Nice location but I don't
believe the marina launches your boat.

Don't know what it costs now, but about five years ago Casa Rio charged $7
to launch and retrieve your boat. The MacGregor dealer is based there and
most of his customers don't launch their own boats just out of convenience.
They call ahead and their boat is already in the water when they arrive and
they can leave the boat in the water upon their return, knowing the marina
will put it back in its parking space.

Good luck!
