[Rhodes22-list] hull problems?

Joe,
Almost certain those cracks are just in the paint. Only way to tell 
is to sand it down which you'll need to do anyway. Doesn't look like 
blisters or any kind of hull problem.  Not sure about the rusted 
whatevers but probably a problem only because you found them.
