[Rhodes22-list] Hello everybody--I'm back after lots of years--maybe time for another new R22

Elle, I did order a new Rhodes 22 from Stan this week.  I have some offers to
buy my 2001 R22, probably at a better price than I can get this year from
Stan as a trade-in, but I am intending to trade my 2001 in so that Stan can
be kept in the financial loop, given that he ends up providing support and
parts on most of these boats, anyway.
