Eric,
	Man, buy the boat!  No way you will ever find another at this price
and in this condition.  Best to sell the wife and kids and get the boat;
maybe get the financing from a 3rd party or elderly aunt.  You will never
regret the decision.

Wow, I had my eye on this boat when you bought it.  I would live to be able
to buy it now, but unless you are into unique financing arrangements alas I
will not be able to do it right now.

She is a nice looking boat though, she will make someone a proud sailor.
