Last year my 76 rhodes developed a ding on the outside right next to the bunk that coresponded to the forward bulkhead. I had the bulkhead reglassed to the hull and a roller for the keel added up front about where the bunks end. That seemed to solve the problem. My bunks are 2x6. odat George
