[Rhodes22-list] hull & cockpit color question

I don't think navy blue on the hull of a sailboat in the water (with white topsides) makes the boat hotter. We sail at Lake Travis with summer temperatures around 100 in the shade.  I have two white cars--there the color does make a difference.
