If Rummy threw all of his empty bottles overboard, there'd be no room in
Lake Harwell for the water!

Art,
If someone were to get hit by an empty rum bottle, it could cause serious  
damage. With my luck I'd probably do it in front of the Army Corps patrol 
boat  and get fined for littering.
